Automation Theory is an integration and consulting firm for MSP tools, specializing in on-prem infrastructure. We focus exclusively on maintenance and security, ensuring fast, stable, and secure MSP tool stacks.
Our founder, Jeremy, started in the MSP space right out of college and soon became an RMM administrator. During his tenure, he scaled the ConnectWise Automate stack from 6,000 to 10,000 devices, addressing all the typical stability and security problems. Realizing other MSPs faced the same issue, Automation Theory was born.
Since then, Automation Theory’s mission has been to scale and secure MSP infrastructure—something desperately needed in the industry at large. To achieve this, we launched Reverse-Proxy-as-a-Service and our MySQL maintenance plans.
Since then, we have expanded from ConnectWise Automate to an ever-growing list of self-hosted MSP tools. We continue to focus on MSP infrastructure and are working towards additional products and integrations that robustly solve the daily problems MSPs face.
