The current offerings often offer limited application choices, only work with certain platforms, and don’t allow for custom applications. Additionally, they are priced per application or per endpoint, eating into margins.
At Automation Theory, we are preparing MSP Package Management, an RMM-neutral solution for patching third-party applications with flat-rate pricing. Based on robust open-source frameworks and components, it allows for third-party software deployment and patching that scales, supports a significant market share of applications, and allows IT providers to add custom software.
