We engaged Automation Theory to migrate our on-prem Automate and Control servers and upgrade MySQL.

Jeremy was responsive and flexible, agreeing to schedule a migration with very little heads up and seeing it through. He stayed on late to ensure all the quirks were ironed out and the migration actually went a lot smoother than expected. Most of our staff didn’t even realize we had moved the server.

Automate (Labtech) is a database-driven solution and Jeremy knows that database very well. I consider myself well versed with Automate but still saw plenty of value in benefiting from Jeremy’s experience with migrations. It made it a painless process.

I recently had Jeremy assist with some issues we were have with our Cloud based automate install. His insight to the backend operations of automate was invaluable. I left the call with a much better understanding of how things worked from a technical perspective. He offered several solutions to the issues we were facing and I was able to implement and resolve quickly. The plugins he has created are a life-saver!!. I would recommend his services to anyone using automate and needs a higher level technical assist.
