Automation Theory swiftly resolved our Automate critical server issues during CrowdStrike outage
We cannot express enough gratitude to Automation Theory for their incredible support during the recent CrowdStrike bug that took down half of the internet. Our MSP was impacted, with all our clients’ endpoints and our ConnectWise Automate server experiencing a BSOD. This outage brought our operations to a halt. After remediating the BSOD on our Automate server, we weren’t able to get Automate to start, with the LabMySQL service crashing consistently.
In the early hours of Friday morning. at 5:43 am, we reached out to Automation Theory, desperate for assistance. To our immense relief, we received a prompt response by 6:21 am, offering a virtual meeting to address the issue. By 9 am, thanks to their expertise and swift action, our Automate server was up and running smoothly again, despite the challenging circumstances.
